Traineeship - Administration Trainee

Ben Furney Flour Mills Pty Ltd is seeking an ambitious, friendly and motivated Administration Trainee to join their team.

About the Role:

As an Administration Trainee, the successful applicant will gain broad experience across the business while developing their administration and customer service skills.

The role will provide exposure to areas including:

• Customer service
• Sales support
• Finance and administration
• Reception duties
• Quality assurance
• Production planning
• Data entry and general office administration
• Other areas of the business as required

This traineeship would suit an organised and self-motivated individual who is eager to learn, take on new challenges and establish a long-term career in administration.

About You:

To be successful in this role, applicants will ideally demonstrate:

• Ambition, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and friendly phone manner
• Strong customer service skills
• Initiative and the ability to work independently
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Neat and professional presentation
• Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• A valid Australian driver's licence
• Completion of Year 10 or equivalent

Previous experience is not essential; however, the following would be highly regarded:

• Strong organisation and coordination skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Previous reception or retail experience
• Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
