What You'll Be Doing
No two days will look the same, but you might find yourself:
- Meeting with employers to discuss workforce needs
- Helping future apprentices discover career pathways
- Visiting schools and speaking with students about exciting opportunities
- Attending career expos, networking events and community activities
- Building relationships with local businesses, training organisations and support services
- Guiding apprentices and employers through the sign-up process
- Promoting apprenticeships and traineeships across the Riverina region
- Following up opportunities and turning conversations into outcomes
- Supporting apprentices throughout their journey to completion
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Loves talking to people and building relationships
- Thrives in a target-driven environment
- Enjoys getting out from behind the desk
- Has experience in sales, business development, education, training or community engagement
- Can confidently engage with employers, schools and community stakeholders
- Is organised, proactive and self-motivated
- Wants a career with purpose, not just a job
Experience in the VET, apprenticeship or employment services sectors is highly regarded, but attitude and passion are just as important.
