The Langham, Gold Coast has an opening for an Apprentice Chef - 1st Year to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of (insert industry) while working alongside our experienced tradespeople.

Work alongside professional, talented and qualified chefs to prepare and present dishes, whilst enjoying the opportunity to learn across multiple areas of our 7 kitchen operations whilst completing your apprenticeship.

Other key attributes we are looking for include:

• Passion for the craft and Industry
• Sound knowledge of the latest food trends and Artisan experience in the industry 
• Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality experience
• Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Currently studying technical education in a hospitality or culinary school
• Current Australian work rights
