Airbus Australia Pacific is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Trainee to join its Corporate Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in business administration while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional and security-focused environment.

As a Business Administration Trainee, the successful candidate will provide administrative support across a range of business functions, contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Records Management

  • Maintain accurate digital records and logs.
  • Update compliance databases and security-related documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Escorting Arrangements

  • Coordinate and facilitate visitor and contractor escorting arrangements across site.
  • Ensure building security protocols are followed and maintained at all times.

Contractor Management Support

  • Assist with the onboarding, coordination, and tracking of facilities contractors.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed, maintained, and compliant.

Security Compliance Activities

  • Support compliance monitoring activities and workflow management.
  • Assist with auditing access requirements and ensuring alignment with organisational security policies and procedures.

General Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Services team.
  • Assist in maintaining efficient business operations and supporting key stakeholders.
