Hospitality Trainee

The Hospitality Traineeship is ideal for someone looking to build a broad range of skills across the hospitality industry and develop a strong foundation for future career and leadership opportunities.

Over the two-year program, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete both a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Hospitality, while gaining practical experience across key areas of club operations, including:

• Food and beverage service
• Reception
• Catering operations
• Golf operations
• Customer service
• General club operations

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working with people, delivering great customer service and learning across different areas of the hospitality industry.

Apprentice Chef

Mollymook Golf Club is also seeking a motivated Apprentice Chef who is passionate about food and eager to develop a long-term career in the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while learning from experienced chefs in a fast-paced and supportive kitchen environment.

The apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience in:

• Food preparation
• Cooking techniques
• Menu execution
• Food safety
• Stock control
• Service delivery
• A variety of kitchen operations throughout the Club
