- Bakery Apprentices | Retail Join the renowned Loulou Boulangerie team and develop skills in artisan bread making, viennoiserie, and bakery production within a high-quality retail environment.
- Pastry Apprentices | Retail Learn the art of creating pastries, cakes, desserts, viennoiserie, and a range of premium baked products while working alongside experienced pastry professionals.
- Pastry Apprentices | Hatted & Fine Dining Work in sophisticated hospitality venues developing expertise in plated desserts, petit fours, cakes, pastries, and contemporary pastry techniques.
