Bar Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring excellent service, cleanliness, and adherence to RSA and safety standards.
• Supervise and support bar staff, including training, and maintaining high customer service levels.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies to ensure smooth and efficient inventory control.
• Handle cash and sales procedures in line with financial protocols, including till reconciliation and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate on events and promotions to boost revenue and customer engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally while fostering strong community relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in hospitality, food & beverage or bar management.
• A passion and interest in bar services and management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train a team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
• Experience with TAB and Keno operations.
• Skilled in cocktail making with a strong focus on presentation and consistency.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach to handling customer concerns and complaints.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certifications.
