What will you be doing?
The role of Account Manager will be responsible for leading and accelerating the growth your team. You will be accountable for the revenue and profitability of the team whilst working with a key client and drive new business to provide high quality service. You will be accountable for team management, performance and development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment; headhunting, interviewing and offer negotiations
- Complete account management plans for all potentially large clients
- Build profile in local area to maximise business opportunities through effective networking
- Increase market share with target key accounts
- Keeping in regular contact with contractors/hiring managers post placement, managing conversations around extensions/rate increases as well as any performance related issues
- Maintain regular contact with contractors working at Client sites
- Build client relationships with existing clients through client contact and educating them on service offering available
- Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts
- Determine pay/bill structure to ensure competitive gross profit margin
What are we looking for in you?
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment
- Experience working in a client relationship or IT sales role
- Understanding of how companies use contractors to deliver work programs
- Aptitude to innovate solutions to differentiate from our competitors
- Strong Sales and Client Relationship Management experience
- Ability to introduce and manage innovative HR / Staffing solutions
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
