We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our growing IT recruitment agency as a Candidate Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT recruitment and a desire to progress their career in recruitment.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for IT job opportunities through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess their skills and suitability for job opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, providing a high level of service and support throughout the recruitment process
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates and clients
- Developing an understanding of the IT industry and market trends to identify potential opportunities for candidates and clients
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Motivated and driven to progress their career in recruitment
