Manpower Specialist is looking for two 360 Recruitment professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client solutions and are keen to build their career with the resources, training and support of a genuine global leader.

About your new role

We are currently seeking two Recruitment Consultants to help grow our Manpower Specialist Division in Sydney. 

Stakeholder management, relationship building, and business development/sales skills are crucial factors for your success in this role. Whether you are advising one of the world's largest companies on a candidate sourcing strategy or helping a candidate taking the next step in their career, this is an exciting and rewarding role where you will thrive from the challenges presented to you. Your daily tasks include: 

  • Develop new business through consistent sales activity and maintain industry networks and your personal brand 
  • Negotiate and close commercial terms and conditions with clients aligned to company policy
  • Deliver to client expectations 
  • Accountable for the complete end to end (360) recruitment process including but not limited to; sourcing and qualifying professional candidates suitable for current or future vacancies using such methods such as databases searches, job board advertising and social media networks, screening and interviewing candidates (telephone, video or face to face), reverse marketing candidates into clients, assessing work rights, arranging interviews with clients, salary information, recording accurate and comprehensive job descriptions, reference checking, negotiating salaries and managing the expectations of candidates and clients

Contribute to the company's goal of becoming the No.1 global workforce solutions company. This is a recruitment role with a heavy focus on sales, to be successful you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a 360-recruitment role, or previous experience in a sales role with a passion to make the move into recruitment
  • Sales and client relationship management experience
  • Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions
  • Ability to meet KPIs set by your manager around connected phone calls with clients/candidates, client meetings, jobs on etc.
  • Persuasion & influencing skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Client focused
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • You will be well presented & articulate, ambitious, honest, resilient and a go getter not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with candidates and clients, enjoy sales activities and chase down that next placement ad job to fill.
