About the role

Talent Solutions is looking for a Contingent Business Partner to join this fast-paced high performing team working with our MSP client, Westpac located in Sydney CBD.

As the Contingent Business Partner, you’ll be a strategic partner with deep expertise, you will also be consulting around best practice sourcing strategies, workforce planning, recruitment and supplier management whilst assisting with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

As a valued member of the Talent Acquisition team your key responsibilities will include:

• Act as a true relationship manager responsible for the day-to-day operational activities relating to the recruitment of contractors
• Work with Hiring Managers in your assigned portfolio to identify workforce planning needs and supplier engagement strategies
• Partner with and guide the Hiring Managers through the recruitment process
• Requisition management, Peoplestreme maintenance, conducting job briefs with Hiring Managers and suppliers, supplier liaison/ management, candidate selection management, resume review/screening, assist with Interview scheduling and generating offers and ensure all relevant information is passed onto your assigned Workforce Specialist for onboarding of successful candidates.

What are we looking for in you?

• Previous recruitment experience and/or candidate management within MSP
• Ideally you will have experience working on the recruitment supplier side who understands the market and the standard roles within Westpac
• If you are a Recruitment Resourcer that has stepped up and has some Recruitment Consulting experience or you’re an agency Recruitment Consultant who doesn’t enjoy the sales side of the role then we would love to also hear from you
• Exceptional level of accuracy and detail
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities in a high transactional, volume environment
• Ability to be hands on with a flexible approach to working in fast paced changing environments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and positively influence and engage staff at all levels
• A driven, passionate & collaborative approach and a desire to succeed in a business that values high performance, accountability & challenging the status quo
• Strong decision-making skills and an ability and willingness to manage difficult conversations where needed
• Strong admin skills
