The Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you play a crucial role in managing the delivery piece of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the successful delivery of qualified candidates to clients while providing a positive candidate experience. Delivery Consultants within continuously strive to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional results for the business.

As a valued member of the Manpower Specialist Federal Government team your key responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates using various methods such as talent pools, database search, LinkedIn, job boards and professional networks who match the client's requirements from the Key Account Manager
  • Compliance - Ensure all candidates are compliant before they are allocated to an assignment including conducting detailed references on shortlisted candidates and maintain and update the CRM system (Bullhorn)
  • Screening: Assess candidates' qualifications, skills and experience for specific roles and present a shortlist of qualified candidates
  • Interview Coordination: coordinate logistics, provide interview details and ensure a smooth and efficient process
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Provide timely updates, feedback and support to candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Talent Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability and market conditions
  • Performance Metrics: Track and measure performance against operating metrics such as candidate interviews, submissions and placements

Your Background

In order to be considered for this highly lucrative role you should have:

  • Strong proficiency in conducting headhunting campaigns and sourcing candidates through various channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent and Bullhorn
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for their actions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills (as you will have 3 Account Managers bringing in government roles for you to source and fill)
  • Demonstrated ability to screen and interview candidates effectively, ensuring a high standard of quality is presented to our clients
  • Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional and strong communication skills-written and verbal, for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and the Account Managers
