About the roles
As the Recruitment Business Partner on an RPO client account you will be a full 360 recruitment professional and strategic partner to our client.
This role is responsible for business partnering to ensure the recruitment process and service delivery to all stakeholders is of the highest standard. As the Recruitment Business Partner, you’ll manage the development, strategy and operations of the talent acquisition process in your relevant portfolio and work as part of the broader strategy driven by the Program Manager.
- You’re responsible for designing and executing effective sourcing strategies, driving talent campaigns and partnering with hiring managers to support, coach and influence talent initiatives.
- Proactively generate recruiting campaigns and initiatives to meet current and upcoming demands within your portfolio.
- Partner with HR ensuring that the recruiting strategy is fully integrated with the overarching talent strategy within the portfolio and we can support anticipated future hiring needs and proactively adapt to recruiting demands.
As the Contingent Recruitment Business Partner on an MSP client account you will be responsible for high level stakeholder engagement across your client portfolio while driving and managing strong, high-quality process, compliance, and outcomes from your supplier portfolio to achieve the effective and timely recruitment of candidates to meet the client’s demand.
- You are a true relationship manager responsible for the day-to-day operational activities relating to the recruitment of contractors within your portfolio
- Responsibilities include requisition management, sourcing, selection and ongoing stakeholder management
- Consulting around best practice sourcing strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, supplier management whilst assisting with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to achievement of programmatic cost saving initiatives
What are we looking for in you?
- Minimum 3 years recruitment industry experience and understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to proactively identify recruitment gaps within the business and problem solve
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and positively influence and engage staff at all levels
- A driven, passionate & collaborative approach and a desire to succeed in a business that values high performance, accountability & challenging the status quo
- Strong decision-making skills and an ability and willingness to manage difficult conversations where needed
