About the Role

As the Senior Recruitment Business Partner, you will manage the development, strategy and operations of the talent acquisition process in your relevant portfolio and work as part of the broader strategy driven by the Program Manager. This role is responsible for business partnering to ensure the recruitment process and service delivery to all stakeholders is of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Manage the end to end recruitment for your portfolio
  • Creating candidate attraction strategies for your hiring managers inline with the overall strategy
  • Screening and interviewing candidates and managing the candidate experience
  • Placing candidates successfully with your clients and supporting on-boarding into the organisation
  • Working closely with our/your team to source the best talent in the market
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our client’s recruitment needs

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working as a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant and understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and positively influence and engage staff at all levels
  • A driven, passionate & collaborative approach and a desire to succeed in a business that values high performance, accountability & challenging the status quo
  • Strong decision-making skills and an ability and willingness to manage difficult conversations where needed
  • Team player
