Talent Solutions is looking for an MSP Recruitment Program Manager to join and lead a small team working on site with our client in the NSW Government located in Western Sydney. 

*12 month maternity leave cover contract*

As an MSP Recruitment Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the operational activities and contractual compliance, the relevant cost centre’s profitability and leading the team delivering the solution. This role will lead a team of three onsite, supported by Manpower internal resources to assist with additional projects.

As leader of the Talent Acquisition team your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead this complex MSP recruitment team to a level of operational excellence, and be driven to continuously improve our service offering
  • Participate in periodic operations / service reviews and ensure that business performance and service delivery comply with contractual and legislative requirements
  • Work directly with the client’s contract owner, HR Division and Procurement Manager as required
  • Facilitate communications of service delivery changes or enhancements between the client and ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions
  • Drive your recruitment team to act as strategic partners with deep expertise, consulting around best practice sourcing strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, supplier management whilst assisting with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring that workforce-planning meetings are conducted with client base to facilitate ManpowerGroup’s ability to meet the client’s expectation
  • Coach, mentor and develop recruitment team members to enable staff to achieve optimum productivity
  • Develop your team to work confidently and effectively with the Hiring Managers to identify workforce planning needs and supplier engagement strategies

What are we looking for in you?

  • Significant experience managing a complex Recruitment MSP Program (or a Senior Contingent Business Partner in an MSP ready to take the next step up)
  • Previous government recruitment experience
  • Proven analytical skills, time management skills and effective organisational skills;
  • Have a considered approach, detail orientated, professional, inspires confidence, presents well, energetic, enthusiastic
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
  • A passion to be always striving to run the best program possible
  • You will be a Fieldglass VMS Superuser (back end Fieldglass experience)
  • Previous staff management experience
  • Demonstrated recruitment management experience
