Defence Force Recruiting is a unique partnership between Talent Solutions and the Australian Defence Force, to recruit Defence personnel for our Australian Navy, Army, and Air Force.

As the Assessment Session Coordinator you will; 

Meet and greet all candidates as they arrive at the centre to complete their formal Assessment Day. You will sign candidates in, check identification documents and complete COVID safety requirements. As an Assessment Session Coordinator you will guide candidates through the day, record assessment results, liaise with the Psychology, Medical and Operations Teams and contact candidates to schedule Assessment Day bookings.

What we are looking for in an Assessment Session Coordinator;

  • A proven experience in customer service or fast paced administration environment  
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills 
  • high level customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in this fast paced and productive environment
  • Problem Solver
