What will you be doing?
The role of Account Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing Account Management concepts and strategies. The Account Manager will have effective communication skills to develop and foster relationships both internally and externally. This role will also be responsible for driving growth of the Manpower brand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop target accounts and industry sectors that are aligned in the sales strategy within Manpower
- Complete account management plans for all potentially large clients
- Build profile in local area to maximise business opportunities through effective networking
- Increase market share with target key accounts
- Maintain regular contact with contractors working at Client sites
- Build client relationships with existing clients through client contact and educating them on service offering available
- Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts
- Determine pay/bill structure to ensure competitive gross profit margin
What are we looking for in you?
- Demonstrated recruitment experience
- Aptitude to innovate solutions to differentiate from our competitors
- Strong Sales and Client Relationship Management experience
- Solid Business Development capabilities
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate sales pipeline
- Ability to introduce and manage innovative HR / Staffing solutions
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Competitive remuneration between $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, for the right experience.
