About the role-

Talent Solutions is looking for a Program Support Lead to join a fast-paced high performing team working with our MSP client, Westpac located in Sydney CBD.

As the Program Support Lead, you’ll be responsible for change management and continuous improvement initiatives, as they relate to the MSP. You will be working as second in command to the Program Lead. You will don multiple hats, sometimes pulling teams together to drive projects to completion and other times showcasing your technical expertise, working as MSP expert and always a customer champion.

As a valued member of the MSP team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the delivery of strategic and tech related projects, improvements and enhancements to deliver MSP outcomes.
  • Managing any impact to MSP of projects within peripheral Westpac teams.
  • Identifying any contractual impacts.
  • Effectively collaborating with all stakeholders and spearheading change management communications.
  • As a part of continuous improvement, identify and propose solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Provide support to the MSP Program Manager.

What are we looking for in you-

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Flair for working with data to create stories and initiate innovative solutions and offerings for clients.
  • Strong business acumen, worked in project planning, management and general administration.
  • Previous experience working with VMS systems is essential and Oracle, People HQ systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience working on change initiatives and the confidence to drive change.
  • Able to work independently, a self-starter, driven and motivated to succeed.
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in leading a smaller RPO or MSP as a program or experience in designing and driving HR projects independently.
