The Role

  • Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for building strong relationships with clients? We're excited to welcome an Account Manager to our Experis Government recruitment team who will play a pivotal role in our continued success.
  • As an Account Manager, you will primarily focus on servicing a select handful of core existing government agency clients. Your role within this practice will be to manage your assigned territory by:
  • Developing new business and maintain existing client relationships through a variety of business development techniques
  • Develop and maintain industry network and personal brand
  • Lead generation across Experis and ManpowerGroup
  • Deliver to client expectations
  • Participate in training and coaching more junior Consultants to share knowledge and expertise within the company
  • Achievement of GP/Budget
  • Daily business development activity with government (and private sector) clients
  • Maintain adequate pipeline to achievement budget

Your Background

In order to be considered for this highly lucrative role you should have:

  • An excellent can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated IT 360 recruitment experience (government recruitment experience is preferred but not essential) recently in the Canberra IT market
  • Sales and client relationship management experience
  • Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions
  • Demonstrated communications & presentation skills
  • Persuasion & influencing skills
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills
  •  Solid organisational skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills
