The Role 

• Your role within this practice will be to manage a warm desk for contract and permanent placements in IT recruitment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates 
• Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking 
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles 
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates 
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industry 
• Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates
