What you’ll be doing…

  • Customer Care & Relationship Building - Build strong, lasting relationships with business customers by delivering proactive service and collaborating internally to meet their needs
  •  Sales Coordination & Administration - Own the end-to-end order process from enquiry through to delivery, managing quotes, pricing, invoicing, and supporting sales conversion
  • Stock Coordination & Operations - Coordinate stock availability, transfers, and returns, ensuring accurate handling and smooth supplier movements
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement - Support ad hoc projects and process improvements by identifying smarter ways of working
