About the Role…As our Photography & Production Assistant, you’ll support the studio team across photography, post‑production, and asset management — helping ensure every shoot runs seamlessly from prep to upload. You’ll gain exposure across the full production lifecycle, working closely with photographers, designers, and the broader creative team.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Pre & Post‑Production, File & Asset Management

  • Track and log incoming samples, shoot progress, and upload status to keep production running smoothly.
  • Manage and maintain photography and video assets using accurate file naming and storage conventions.
  • Supply correctly formatted imagery to the Graphics team and external resellers.
  • Support uploads of photography and video content across digital platforms, including the website and YouTube.

Studio & Shoot Support

  • Support apparel and equipment photography, including on‑body, flat lay and clear‑cut mannequin shoots.
  • Own end‑to‑end sample management — tracking, collecting, logging, steaming and preparing products for photography.
  • Ensure all samples are shoot‑ready, well organised and available on time, maintaining visibility at all stages.
  • Prepare garments and products to brand presentation standards, supporting the Photographer on shoot days.
  • Edit and prepare imagery using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Bridge), ensuring files are upload‑ready and compliant.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised studio, sample storage area, and assist with on‑location shoot logistics.

What You’ll Bring

  • Adobe all‑rounder: Confident using Adobe Creative Cloud, with Photoshop and Bridge as everyday tools.
  • Sharp eye for detail: You notice the small things and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.
  • Organisation pro: Strong coordination skills to manage samples, schedules and workflows with ease.
  • Spreadsheet savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel — because creative still needs structure.
  • Team player energy: Proactive, enthusiastic and always ready to lend a hand.
  • Curious mindset: Genuinely keen to learn every part of photography and production.
  • Ready to roll: Holds a clean, full driver’s licence to support studio and on‑location needs.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in a retail, eCommerce or creative production environment.
  • A qualification in photography, media or a related creative field.
  • Basic photography or videography skills — confidence behind the camera is a plus.

Why You’ll Love It Here…You’ll join a supportive, collaborative creative team where no two days look the same. From prepping samples and managing assets to assisting on shoots, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across photography, production and post‑production — building a strong foundation for a creative career.
