Macpac Rotorua is looking for an Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to guide, motivate, and keep things running smoothly.

Whether you’re an experienced Assistant Store Manager or a Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step up, from retail or any industry. You’ll deliver standout customer service, and bring your leadership A-game. Bonus if you’re confident with IT, stock management, and have a flair for merch. As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Management or supervisor experience. 
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. 
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team. 
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security. 

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
