Our busy Macpac Reece Street store is on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager who brings positivity, curiosity, and team spirit in bucket loads. Experience is great—but attitude is everything. While not essential, the ability to speak second language is highly desirable.

You'll be joining our close-knit, diverse team and bring the energy across our operation, helping us to keep our 12‑hour trading days running smoothly. Two late nights per week will make up your roster, with flexibility to adjust the days, giving you evenings when life calls.

As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.  This role is set in a high energy environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Management or supervisor experience. 
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. 
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team. 
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security. 

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
