About the role
Lead Macpac’s new Innaloo Adventure Hub — a destination store with a bigger gear range and a team built to inspire life outside. You’ll hire and develop your crew, set the culture, and drive results through an epic customer experience and strong store standards. You’ll bring our purpose to life — helping customers adventure better through a store experience that’s expert, welcoming and built for the outdoors
- Proven leadership in store or multi-department is desirable, demonstrating a hands-on, lead-from-the-front style
- Confidence building and developing a team — coaching capability, culture and performance
- Strong commercial instincts
- A love of outdoor retail and the ability to inspire customers (and your team) with genuine product curiosity
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
- Experience opening or re‑setting stores (highly desirable, not essential)
