Macpac Belconnen is searching for an Assistant Store Manager, ideal for an experienced ASM or a Supervisor / Team Leader, ready to take the next step.

If you’ve led teams of 10+ and know how to connect, delegate and have the conversations that matter. Safety‑focused, people‑driven and happiest on the floor, side‑by‑side with your team. We want you! Strong visual merchandising skills are a bonus.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Management or supervisor experience. 
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. 
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
