About the Role… Working closely with two other Allocation Analysts and reporting to the Allocation & Store Assortment Manager, you’ll support our Australia & New Zealand store network in a role that is both collaborative and commercially impactful.

You’ll be at the centre of decision-making, balancing data, stakeholder insight, and business priorities to drive outcomes that directly impact store performance.

  • Own Stock Flow – Manage and optimise allocation across AU & NZ stores
  • Right Product, Right Place – Use data to drive smart allocation decisions
  • Turn Data into Action – Analyse performance and deliver clear recommendations
  • Power Decisions with Data – Leverage ERP systems and Excel for insights
  • Partner for Impact – Collaborate with stores, AMs and cross-functional teams
  • Drive Results & Improvement – Prioritise, solve issues and deliver outcomes

What You Bring…You’re more than just analytical — you’re curious, proactive, and commercially minded.

  • Strong Analytical Mindset – Confident working with complex data to drive insights
  • Advanced Excel Capability – Skilled in data manipulation, reporting and analysis
  • Systems & Data Expertise – Experience with ERP, merchandising or supply chain tools
  • Commercial Problem Solver – Translates data into practical, business-focused solutions
  • Influential Communicator – Builds relationships and influences across all levels
  • Agile & Proactive Operator – Organised, adaptable and stays ahead of issues
  • Retail & Data Experience – Background in retail/allocation/supply chain with large datasets
