Macmahon are currently seeking an experienced HSEQT Administrator to join the team in Brisbane. Reporting to the HSEQT Superintendent, the position is responsible for providing HSEQT administration support to the civil and surface mining operations on the east coast.
Key duties/responsibilities include:
Data entry of incident reports, hazard cards, observations, inspections etc into the HSEQ system;
Conducting quality checks of forms and training material prior to entry into the training system;
Data entry of training documents into the training system;
Providing assistance with inductions and onboarding as required;
Participate in audit and compliance checks; and
Provide general administrative support to the HSEQT team as required
To be successful in this position you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a similar position;
Experience with INX and Chris21 desirable;
Strong Microsoft Office skills;
Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills;
High attention to detail;
A flexible and adaptive nature; and
Ability to work within a team environment.
