This is a Permanent, Part-Time (22.8 hours per week - 0.6 x EFT) opportunity based in South Melbourne within The MacKillop Institute. The position reports to the Director of The MacKillop Institute.


Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Senior administrative experience and proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in a diversity of contexts.
  • An ability to manage a range of complex issues and competing priorities by utilising analytical and conceptual skills.

You must have a:

  • Valid and current Driver’s Licence;
  • Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop);
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check;
