About the Role:
Are you looking to grow your skills in recruitment? Join our supportive team as a Recruitment Advisor and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding across the ACT and Southern NSW region.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Hiring Managers and the Human Resources team to assist with recruitment campaigns, coordinate candidate communications, and contribute to a positive candidate experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills in a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation.

This is Full Time opportunity based in Belconnen, ACT within our Human Resources team and reports to the Talent Acquisition Senior Partner
What You will Do:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist Hiring Managers with recruitment processes and provide timely updates.
- Help monitor recruitment activity and contribute ideas for improving processes.
- Represent the organisation at career events and support employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to onboarding activities and help ensure a smooth transition for new starters.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or working towards) is desirable
- Some experience in administration, customer service, or recruitment support is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Familiarity with HR systems or willingness to learn.
