Make a Difference Every Day: Become a Learning Diversity Teacher

Are you passionate about inclusive education and ready to transform lives through learning? We're looking for a Learning Diversity Teacher who brings heart, innovation, and expertise to the classroom — and beyond.

In this vital role, you’ll design and deliver engaging learning programs that cater to the unique needs of each student, ensuring every learner has the opportunity to thrive. Whether you're leading a class or working one-on-one, you'll be creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where students can succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

You’ll work closely with our Learning & Teaching leaders to co-create trauma-informed, responsive education programs tailored to students who have faced significant life challenges — including trauma, abuse, or neglect. Your work will be instrumental in helping them reconnect with learning and reach their full potential.

Partnering with our passionate Wellbeing team, you’ll also play a key role in supporting students to build confidence, develop emotional resilience, and enhance their social skills — paving the way for lasting change in their educational journey and beyond.

If you're driven by purpose, thrive on collaboration, and believe in the power of education to change lives, we want to hear from you.
