About the role:

This position is situated within MacKillop Seasons and The MacKillop Institute and provides whole-of portfolio operational leadership across multiple program areas to drive operational excellence. The Operations Lead is accountable for ensuring high-quality, consistent end-to-end service delivery for external users (participants, organisations, partners and funders) and for internal operational readiness across program logistics, systems, data, finance administration and reporting.

The role leads the operational function to support service delivery and enable programs to scale safely and efficiently by standardising workflows, coordinating delivery logistics, maintaining operational systems and integrations, supporting data-driven decision making, strengthening data quality and reporting, and providing responsive customer support.

The Operations Lead works closely with Program Directors/Leads, training and implementation teams, marketing/communications, finance and IT to ensure a seamless experience across enquiry, registration, learning access, delivery, evaluation, certification, ongoing relationship management and technical innovation.

The operational remit spans programs including (but not limited to) Seasons for Growth, Stormbirds, Seasons for Healing, Sanctuary, Power to Kids, ReLATE and MHEALTH, and is designed to provide a consistent operational backbone across all current and emerging offerings. 

 

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position until July 2027.

Key Selection Criteria:

·        Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, targets and key deliverables.

·        A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.

·        Proficiency with a wide range of software packages including Microsoft 365 Enterprise and the ability to learn new technology quickly.

·        Well-developed interpersonal, communication and written skills, including writing reports and technical projects briefs, considering context, accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Valid and current Driver’s Licence;
  • Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop);
