We're on the lookout for an experienced Admin Officer to join our vibrant team supporting programs across family services, residential care, foster care, and home-based care. If you can multi-task, hit the ground running, and adapt quickly, you’ll fit right in. No formal qualifications needed, but extensive experience in compliance and admin support is a must. We value the energy of working together in person. If you’ve got initiative, a good sense of humour, and a passion for making a difference (especially in the NFP space), we’d love to meet you. Change is constant here so come and help us shape it.
This is a Permanent Part-Time (32 hours a week) opportunity based in Footscray within our Children, Youth and Family Services. The position reports to the Senior Administration Officer.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Prior experience in an administration role is essential
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast changing and fast past environment.
• Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff, and other stakeholders, as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.
