Lead with Purpose. Change Lives. Make Every Day Count.
Are you passionate about supporting young people to grow, heal, and thrive? This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to step up, lead with heart, and make a lasting difference in the lives of young people who need it most.
In this exciting and fulfilling role, you’ll help create a safe and supportive home environment for young people living in our residential care homes. You'll lead a team of dedicated Residential Carers, working closely with the Residential Care Coordinator to ensure every young person feels heard, valued, and empowered to shape their future.
Every day will bring new challenges and new rewards – whether it's guiding your team, being a steady presence for a young person going through a tough time, or celebrating a big (or small!) breakthrough. You’ll play a vital part in helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to grow your career. Whether you’re an experienced team leader or a skilled carer ready to take the next step, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, develop your knowledge of therapeutic care, and be supported by a team that’s as committed to your growth as you are to the young people we support.
If you're ready to lead with purpose, support young people through life’s challenges, and grow into the next stage of your professional journey, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a Permanent Full-time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in North Metro within our Out of Home Care Program. The position reports to the Northern Residential Coordinator.
