About the Role

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will support recruitment activities across the Metro NSW region, helping to deliver high quality, end to end recruitment services. Working closely with Hiring Managers and the broader Human Resources team, you’ll assist in identifying workforce needs, coordinating recruitment campaigns, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

This role is a great opportunity to grow your recruitment skills while contributing to improvements in recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

You’re an enthusiastic and motivated recruitment professional with experience in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy building relationships, learning from others, and taking initiative to support successful hiring outcomes.

You’re organised, detail oriented, and eager to develop your skills in stakeholder engagement, candidate care, and process improvement. Your collaborative approach and strong communication skills help you work effectively with colleagues and hiring managers across the region.

This is an Ongoing Full Time opportunity based in Blacktown NSW, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Senior Partner.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job ad creation, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Provide expert advice and support to Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  •  Represent the organisation at recruitment events and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Identify and support the implementation of improvements to recruitment process, systems and candidate experience.

 Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Vocational or Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment with a proactive approach to hiring and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in cloud based HR systems and recruitment platforms

  • Valid and current Driver’s Licence;
