We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and highly organised Wellbeing Team Member to join our friendly team at Greenwood Manor Aged Care. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.

About the Role
In this role, you will actively encourage and support residents to participate in:
- Recreational and leisure activities
- Wellbeing and lifestyle programs
- Individual social engagement
- Emotional, spiritual, and cultural support initiatives
- Family and community liaison
- Community engagement and social justice projects
You will also:
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans and lifestyle programs
- Provide individual social and emotional support
- Continuously explore innovative activities and programs to meet the evolving needs and preferences of residents
About You

Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Understanding of Aged Care Standards, accreditation processes, continuous improvement, and ANACC requirements
- One or more of the following qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability)
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Leisure & Health
- Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
- Certificate IV in Disability
- Diploma in Community Services
- Food Safety Certificate (desirable)
- Proven experience in a residential aged care setting
- PCW Certificate (desirable but not essential)
Additional requirements:
- Current Police Check
- Valid Working Rights
- Seasonal Influenza Vaccination (highly desirable)
- COVID-19 vaccination and relevant boosters (highly desirable)
