About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and confident Casual Registered Nurses to join our team.
This is a dynamic role suited to nurses who are comfortable working across a large aged care home with multiple levels of care and varied clinical needs. You will play a key role in delivering high quality care, leading teams, and supporting residents across different wards.
Please note: This role is not suitable for new graduates or students. We are looking for nurses who can step in confidently and work across the home with minimal supervision.
Availability Requirements:
This is a casual position, however applicants must:
- Be available to work at least 3 days per week
- Be flexible across morning, afternoon, and night shifts
- Be willing to work occasional weekend shifts (rare, but required when needed)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality clinical care to residents
- Lead and support care staff on shift
- Administer medications and oversee clinical procedures
- Monitor and assess resident health, responding to changes appropriately
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and best practice guidelines
- Work confidently across multiple wards and care levels
About You:
- Confident, capable, and clinically strong
- Comfortable working across a large facility with varying care needs
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a team
- Excellent communication and decision making abilities
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Committed to delivering high quality resident care
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Required)
- Minimum 2+ years experience in aged care (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical situations
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards and legislation

- Current Police Check (Required)
- Australian working rights
- Influenza vaccination (Required)
- COVID-19 vaccination (Desirable)
