We’re looking for an exceptional Residential Aged Care Home Manager to guide and elevate our 63‑bed home into its next chapter strengthening culture, growing capability, and championing resident experience.

About you

You’ll bring:
- RN qualification & active AHPRA registration
- Experience leading an aged care home or similar care service
- Background in turnaround, cultural uplift, or structured change programs
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability
- Thorough understanding of aged care standards and compliance
- Financial insight and KPI‑driven decision‑making skills
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
- Resilience, adaptability, and a practical, solutions‑focused approach
