We’re looking for an exceptional Residential Aged Care Home Manager to guide and elevate our 63‑bed home into its next chapter strengthening culture, growing capability, and championing resident experience.

• Shape and embed a positive, values‑driven culture 
• Stabilize, mentor, and uplift teams with clarity and kindness 
• Implement and champion change‑management and service‑improvement initiatives 
• Strengthen care quality, governance, and compliance frameworks 
• Manage financial performance, occupancy, budgets, and strategic priorities 
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, staff, and partners

About you  

You bring the kind of leadership people talk about in the best way. You’re steady. Empathetic. Strategic. You know how to bring people with you through change, and you leave every team stronger and inspired.  

You have: 

• Proven leadership of an aged care home or similar care environment 
• RN qualification or tertiary studies in health, business, or management. 
• Experience in turnaround, cultural uplift, or structured change management 
• Strong coaching and mentoring capability 
• Deep understanding of aged care standards and compliance 
• Financial acumen and KPI‑driven decision making 
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship‑building skills 
• Resilience, adaptability, and a solutions‑focused mindset
