At MACG, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and we know that starts with an empowered and engaged team. We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator with recruitment and aged care experience to join our supportive People & Culture team.
About the Role:
As a key member of our People and Culture team, you'll play a vital role in:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment – advertising, shortlisting, interviews, contracts, and onboarding
- Track compliance for onboarding (police checks, vaccinations, VEVO, qualifications, references)
- Provide HR administration support, including drafting contracts, variation letters, and managing compliance registers
- Support employee experience initiatives such as service anniversaries, recognition programs, and engagement events
- Build strong working relationships with managers, payroll, and administration teams across MACG homes
- Maintain HRIS (Humanforce) records, generate recruitment and compliance reports, and contribute to continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR recruitment and/or coordination
- Experience in aged care or healthcare (essential)
- A genuine passion for people and team wellbeing
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
- Approachable communication style with excellent interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience with HRIS/recruitment systems such as Humanforce (desirable)
- Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Commitment to confidentiality, fairness and integrity
