Enrolled Nurse (EEN) – Aged Care | Permanent Part-Time | Dingley Village

Are you an experienced Enrolled Nurse (EEN) looking for stable, consistent hours with flexibility to pick up extra shifts when it suits you? Join a supportive, family-owned aged care home where your clinical expertise is valued and your professional growth is encouraged.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure 40 permanent hours per fortnight, with additional 10 hours per fortnight (fixed term leave coverage).

Available Shifts (Roster Pattern)

Week 1:

  • Monday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (Fixed term leave cover shift)
  • Thursday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Friday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Saturday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Sunday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm

Week 2:

  • Monday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (Fixed term leave cover shift)
  • Thursday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Friday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Saturday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Sunday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment for residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Medication administration and wound care
  • Supporting and supervising care staff
  • Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, and families
  • Ensuring resident safety, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Contributing to clinical documentation and care planning

 Essential Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care (preferred)
  • Strong clinical skills (medications, wound care, documentation)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Current Police Check
  • Computer and documentation proficiency

Desirable

  • Understanding of ACFI/AN-ACC frameworks
  • Experience in continuous improvement and OH&S practices
  • Confidence in supervising and guiding care staff
