About the Role:

Excellent opportunity for a Personal Care Worker to join our team at Cheltenham Manor Aged Care.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are looking for consistent, structured part-time work or casual work within a supportive aged care environment.

This role is ideal for someone who values routine and stability and is happy to commit to a set fortnightly roster or able to pick up at least 3 shifts a week as a casual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality personal care
  • Support resident wellbeing within a team environment
  • Follow RN In Charge directives
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
  • Work independently within scope of practice

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Required)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year aged care experience (Required)
  • Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Current Police Check (Required)
  • Australian working rights
  • Flu vaccination and COVID vaccination/boosters (highly desirable)
