About Us:
Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is a family owned and operated healthcare organisation committed to delivering exceptional care and creating welcoming communities for older Australians.
Since 1995, we have grown with a strong focus on relationships, family values, and creating environments where residents feel safe, respected and truly at home.
We believe the presentation, safety and comfort of our homes play a vital role in resident wellbeing and experience. Our Maintenance Team is at the heart of helping us deliver warm, welcoming and beautifully maintained environments across our homes and we are growing...
About the Role:
This is not your average maintenance role and we mean that!
We are looking for someone who is ready to come on a journey with us. This is a brand new and exciting opportunity for a passionate, hands on Maintenance Officer to join our team and work across three of our aged care homes in Southeast Melbourne, reporting directly to our Manager of Infrastructure, Strategy & Service Delivery.
You will be part of a high performing, supportive maintenance team, each officer based at their respective home, with the added variety and flexibility of working across multiple locations. No two days will look the same, and that is exactly the point.
A large part of this role will involve painting works, room refurbishments and presentation improvement projects that directly enhance the comfort and quality of life for our residents. If you are someone who likes variety, thrives in a flexible environment, takes real pride in their work and genuinely wants to give back to older Australians through their skills, this role was made for you.
