About the Role:

As a key member of our People and Culture team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our staff across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives. Your ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and maintain a can-do attitude will help foster a positive environment where our team members – and the residents they care for – can thrive.

What You’ll Bring:

· A genuine passion for people and team wellbeing

· A positive, proactive mindset and approachable communication style

· Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit

· Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a people-focused role (ideally in healthcare or aged care)

· Understanding of employment law and HR best practices (desirable)

· Commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and integrity
