We are now offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join our dedicated Special Projects Team and help shape environments that truly make a difference.
About the Role:
This is not your average carpentry role!
As our Special Projects Carpenter, you will work across a portfolio of residential aged care homes delivering refurbishment works, room upgrades, fit outs and presentation improvement projects that directly enhance the lives of older Australians.
Every project you complete contributes to creating warm, comfortable and functional environments where residents feel safe, respected and at home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality carpentry and refurbishment works
- Complete room upgrades, fit-outs and presentation improvement projects
- • Construct, install and upgrade cabinetry, kitchenettes, shelving, doors, frames, skirting, handrails and other fixtures, contributing to ongoing improvement projects that enhance our homes for residents, families and staff.
- Interpret plans, scopes and measurements accurately
- Work collaboratively with the Special Projects Team and site stakeholders
- Maintain safe, compliant and professional working environments
- Contribute to creating welcoming, homelike spaces for residents
About You:
- Qualified Carpenter with relevant trade experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about contributing to environments that support older people
- Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
- Current Police Check
