About the Role:

Excellent opportunity for a Personal Care Worker to join our team at Carrum Downs Aged Care on a maximum term contract from 2 November to 31 December 2026.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individual who are looking for consistent, structured part time work within a supportive aged care environment over the coming months.

This role is ideal for someone who values routine and stability and is happy to commit to a set fortnightly roster. We are looking for someone able to commit to a mixture of AM & PM weekday shifts, 2–3 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality personal care
• Support resident wellbeing within a team environment
• Follow RN In Charge directives
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
• Work independently within scope of practice

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Required)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to work independently
• Positive, self motivated attitude

• Minimum 1 year aged care experience (Required)
• Be available to work Mondays (Required)
• Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards (Required)
• Current Police Check (Required)
• Australian working rights (Required)
