Key responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring positive and professional communication
  • Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision of accurate documentation and administration
  • Develop, review and maintain personalised care plans in consultation with resident, family and carers which based on the assessment findings of individual needs
  • Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams
  • Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, identifying improvements
  • Assist in the review and maintenance of the clinical programs and initiatives

To be successful in this role

  • Current APHRA Registration
  • Current National Criminal History Record (Police Check)
  • Strong written and international skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years in Aged Care Facility
  • Valid Working Rights
  • COVID vaccination evidence in line with current requirements
