Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Chadstone, located in one of Melbourne’s leading fashion and lifestyle precincts. This is a practical, varied role where you’ll support our residential aged care homes and work closely with managers and employees across day-to-day HR, recruitment, onboarding, compliance and people projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you’ll support a portfolio of aged care homes across the full employee lifecycle. The role includes recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, compliance activities, engagement initiatives, systems support, reporting and involvement in People & Culture projects.

About You

This role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, building relationships and supporting practical people processes. You’ll need to be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders and comfortable working in a busy, service-focused environment.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, Recruitment or People & Culture

· Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills

· Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR systems and processes

· Understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice

· Experience in aged care, healthcare or another regulated industry, plus a current Driver’s Licence, will be highly regarded
