About the Role:
Excellent opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Carrum Downs Aged Care.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to provide clinical support across afternoon shifts totaling 16 hours per week, working consistent 1600hrs – 2000hrs shifts.
This role is ideal for someone who values routine, teamwork, professionalism, and providing resident focused care while working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider care team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality clinical care to residents
- Administer medications and monitor resident wellbeing
- Undertake assessments, documentation and care planning
- Support and mentor Personal Care Workers within the team
- Respond to clinical care needs and emergency situations
- Maintain professional standards and confidentiality
- Work collaboratively with families, health professionals and the wider care team
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Required)
- Previous experience working in aged care (Required)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Understanding of documentation and funding requirements in aged care
- Computer literacy and ability to work independently
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with strong teamwork skills
Requirements:
- Current Police Check and Statutory Declaration (Required)
- Australian working rights
- Medication Endorsement (Highly Desirable)
- Flu vaccination and COVID vaccination/boosters (highly desirable)
