About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care to our residents. Working closely with the clinical and care team, you will provide clinical support, monitor resident wellbeing and ensure care is delivered in line with individual needs and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
- Complete clinical assessments and develop, implement and review care plans
- Administer medications and complete accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Provide wound care and other clinical procedures as required
- Work collaboratively with ENs, PCWs, GPs, allied health professionals and families
- Support resident safety, dignity, independence and quality of life
- Ensure care is delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, AHPRA requirements and MACG policies
- Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance activities
About You
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional care.
You will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Nursing qualification
- Experience in residential aged care or a similar clinical environment
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care
- Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Valid working rights in Australia
